Following the huge success of our award winning Christmas hens and cockerels we are rearing a limited number of Apple Fed Cockerels.

Our Cockerels are a slow growing traditional Cotswold White breed, reared in large open barns without the use of hormones or growth promoters.

They are fed on a grain and apple based diet and are reared to extremely high standards of welfare and husbandry.

They are hung after slaughter to help improve the natural texture and flavour of the meat, ensuring a wholly unique eating experience.

The weights available will be approximately 3kg and 4kg oven ready and come boxed in attractive presentation boxes complete with detailed cooking instructions.
