Our famous three bird roast makes a stunning centrepiece to any table. Choose between a succulent barn reared turkey stuffed with pheasant within a duck, a free range goose stuffed with pheasant within a chicken or a duck stuffed with a guinea fowl with turkey.

Apple Fed Cockerel

Our Cockerels are a slow growing traditional Cotswold White breed, reared in large open barns without the use of hormones or growth promoters. They are fed on a grain and apple based diet and are reared to extremely high standards of welfare and husbandry.

Traditionally barn reared, oat fed turkey, reared with open fresh air and daylight. Game hung for 12 days, amazing soft texture and great taste.

Free Range Christmas Turkey

Adlington Free Range Christmas Turkeys are a traditional bronze breed, known for their succulent and full-flavoured meat. From the rearing house - where they are littered daily with soft barley straw - to our fox proofed outdoor environment, the birds enjoy the highest standard of care.

Stuffed Turkey Breast

A large turkey breast stuffed with a delicious handmade stuffing and topped with dry cured locally sourced bacon. For your Stuffing you can choose from either a delicious handmade sausagemeat stuffing made from British pork with honey and mustard or a simply scrumptious handmade sausagemeat stuffing made from British pork with sage and caramelised red onion.

Boneless Turkey Breast

Adlington is proud of the standard of care our turkeys receive, including three times the amount of barn space per turkey decreed by the EEC and a bed of soft, deep litter barley straw. The birds also have constant access to fresh water and food.
